At Finmaw we grow organic vegetables. The vegetables grown are of course season dependent but also dependent on the availability of organic seed. We do save seed when possible. Some of the vegetables grown are carrots, beetroot, silverbeet, cucumber, beans, kale, capsicum, leeks, spring onions, garlic, tomatoes, lettuce…….we grow about 40 varieties.
No chemicals are used and we use a weed burner when possible but many days are spent manually weeding the veggie beds.
Our aim is to produce healthy fresh vegetables naturally, organically…No Chemicals.
